摘要
目的 :探讨肛瘘切除术联合挂线法治疗高位肛瘘的效果。方法 :选择2018年11月—2020年2月江西省丰城市人民医院收治的高位肛瘘患者48例。按照随机数字表分为两组,每组24例。对照组采用常规肛瘘切除术,观察组采用常规肛瘘切除术联合挂线法治疗。观察疗效、平均创面面积、伤口平均愈合时间、肛门功能评分以及术后疼痛评分。结果:观察组总有效率为100.00%,高于对照组的75.00%(P <0.05)。观察组平均创面面积较小,伤口平均愈合时间较短,肛门功能评分较低,与对照组的差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组术后24 h、术后7 d时的疼痛评分均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论 :肛瘘切除术联合挂线法治疗能够提高高位肛瘘的临床疗效,缩短伤口平均愈合时间,减小创面面积,降低术后肛门功能评分和疼痛评分,应用价值较高。
Objective:To investigate the effect of anal fistula resection combined with thread drawing method in the treatment of high anal fistula.Methods:From November 2018 to February 2020,48 patients with high anal fistula in Fengcheng People’s Hospital of Jiangxi Province were selected.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table,each group with 24 cases.The control group received conventional anal fistula resection and the observation group was treated with conventional anal fistula resection combined with thread drawing method.The curative effect,average wound area,average wound healing time,anal function score and postoperative pain score were observed.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than that in the control group 75.00%(P<0.05).In the observation group,the average wound area was smaller,the average wound healing time was shorter,the anal function score was lower,and the differences with the control group were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain scores in the observation group at 24 h and 7 d after surgery were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Anal fistula resection combined with thread drawing method can improve the clinical efficacy of high anal fistula,shorten the average wound healing time,reduce the wound area,and reduce the postoperative anal function score and pain score,which has high application value.
