芳香疗法联合按摩疗法改善晚期癌症患者生存质量的评价研究

Evaluation study of aromatherapy combined with massage therapy in the improvement of the survival quality of patients with advanced cancer

目的 :探讨治疗性芳香疗法联合按摩疗法对晚期癌症患者生存质量改善的影响。方法 :收集2019年7月至2020年10月收治的晚期癌症患者90例,随机分为对照组、按摩组及芳香联合按摩组(联合治疗组)各30例。采用疼痛数字评分法(NRS)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分(HAMA)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分(HAMD)于治疗前、治疗第10天和治疗第20天时分别对三组患者的NRS、HAMA和HAMD进行评分和比较。结果 :治疗前,三组患者的NRS、HAMA和HAMD评分差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗第10天和第20天时,按摩组和联合治疗组的NRS评分均低于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗第20天时,联合治疗组的HAMA评分低于对照组和按摩组(P <0.05)。治疗第20天时,联合治疗组和按摩组的HAMD评分均低于对照组(P <0.05),且联合治疗组优于按摩组(P <0.05)。结论 :癌症晚期应用芳香联合治疗性按摩能缓解晚期癌症患者的疼痛,减轻患者焦虑和抑郁症状,能提高患者的生存质量。

Objective:To investigate the effect of aromatherapy combined with massage therapy in the improvement of survival quality of patients with advanced cancer.Methods:Ninety patients with advanced cancer from July 2019 to October 2020 were collected,and randomly divided into a control group,a massage therapy group and an aromatherapy combined with massage group(the combination treatment group)with 30 cases in each group.The pain numeric rating scale(NRS),Hamilton anxiety scale score(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale score(HAMD)were used to score and compare the NRS,HAMA and HAMA scores of the three groups of patients before treatment,on the 10th day of treatment,and on the 20th day of treatment.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in NRS,HAMA and HAMD scores among the three groups(P>0.05).On the 10th and 20th day of treatment,the NRS scores of the massage group and the combination treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).On the 20th day of treatment,HAMA score of the combination treatment group was lower than that of the control group and the massage group(P<0.05).On the 20th day of treatment,the HAMD scores of the combination treatment group and the massage group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the combination treatment group was better than the massage group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of aromatherapy combined with therapeutic massage can relieve the pain,reduce anxiety and depression of patients with advanced cancer,and improve the survival quality of patients.
