基于ArcMap软件的乌鲁木齐市住宅价格空间分布特征分析

Analysis on the Spatial Distribution Characteristics of Residential Price in Urumqi Based on ArcMap Software

以乌鲁木齐市住宅价格为研究对象,借助ArcMap软件绘制乌鲁木齐市住宅价格空间分布图,探讨乌鲁木齐市住宅价格空间分布特征规律,研究结果表明:乌鲁木齐市住宅价格出现多核空间结构特点,即出现1个中心和2个次级中心,其空间分布表现为由中心向四周呈现不同程度递减的规律,且存在明显区域差异性。

Taking residential prices in Urumqi as the research object,using ArcMap software to draw a spatial distribution map of residential prices in Urumqi,to explore the spatial distribution characteristics of residential prices in Urumqi.The research results show that:residential prices in Urumqi appear multi-core spatial structure characteristics,that is,one center and the two secondary centers,their spatial distribution shows a decreasing law of varying degrees from the center to the surrounding,and there are obvious regional differences.
