清肠开胃汤治疗太阴阳明证小儿厌食病临床观察

Clinical Effect of Qingchang Kaiwei Decoction in the Treatment of Infantile Anorexia with Taiyin and Yangming Syndrome

目的探讨清肠开胃汤治疗太阴阳明证小儿厌食病的临床疗效。方法选取福建省龙岩市中医院2019年8月—2020年6月门诊治疗的60例太阴阳明证厌食病患儿作为研究对象,根据随机平行对照原则,采用Doll’s临床病例随机表法分成试验组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予健胃消食片治疗,试验组给予清肠开胃汤治疗,比较2组临床疗效、中医证候积分。结果试验组总有效率为90%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。2组治疗后中医证候积分均优于治疗前,且试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论清肠开胃汤能有效改善小儿肠道积热的体质,增加其进食量,促进其对饮食物的消化吸收,从而使厌食病患儿的生长发育和营养状况得到更好的发展。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Qingchang Kaiwei decoction on infantile anorexia with Taiyin and Yangming syndrome. Methods 60 cases of anorexia with Taiyin and Yangming syndrome treated in the outpatient department of Longyan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects. According to the principle of random parallel control,the patients were divided into experimental group and control group by Doll’s clinical case random table method,with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given Jianwei Xiaoshi tablets,and the experimental group was given Qingchang Kaiwei decoction.The clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 90%,which was higher than 73. 33% of the control group(P < 0. 05). The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups after treatment were better than those before treatment,the experimental group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0. 05). Conclusion Qingchang Kaiwei decoction can effectively improve the constitution of children with intestinal heat accumulation,increase their food intake,promote their digestion and absorption of food,so as to make the growth and nutritional status of children with anorexia get better development.
