舒筋活血汤联合功能锻炼对踝关节骨折术后患者功能恢复及血清IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α水平的影响

Effect of Shujin Huoxue Decoction Combined with Functional Exercise on Functional Recovery and Serum Levels of IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α in Patient after Ankle Fracture Surgery

目的研究舒筋活血汤联合功能锻炼对踝关节骨折术后患者功能恢复及血清IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α水平的影响。方法选取河南信合医院2013年6月—2019年6月收治的60例踝关节骨折术后患者,按照随机数字表法分为常规组与研究组,各30例。常规组采用乙醇外敷,研究组联合舒筋活血汤熏蒸,7 d为一个疗程,2组患者均治疗3个疗程。2组患者治疗期间均给予功能锻炼7周。对比2组治疗后临床疗效、治疗前后功能恢复情况及血清IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α水平。结果治疗后,研究组临床总有效率93.33%高于常规组的70.00%;与治疗前比,治疗后2组患者跖屈角度、背伸角度增大,且研究组大于常规组,踝关节功能评分升高,且研究组高于常规组;血清IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α水平均下降,且研究组低于常规组(P <0.05)。结论舒筋活血汤联合功能锻炼可有效降低踝关节骨折术后患者血清IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α水平,抑制炎症反应,有助于踝关节功能恢复,且疗效显著。

Objective To study the effect of Shujin Huoxue decoction combined with functional exercise on functional recovery and serum levels of IL-1β,IL-6,and TNF-α in patients after ankle fracture surgery. Methods A total of 60 postoperative ankle fracture patients who were admitted to Henan Xinhe Hospital from June 2013 to June 2019 were selected. According to the random number table method,they were divided into the regular group and the research group,with 30 cases in each. The regular group used ethanol external application,and the research group combined with Shujin Huoxue decoction fumigation. 7 d is 1 course of treatment,and both groups have 3 courses of treatment. Both groups were given functional exercise for 7 weeks during treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment,functional recovery before and after treatment and serum IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-α levels was compared. Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the research group was 93. 33% which was higher than 70. 00% of the regular group. Compared with before treatment,the angles of plantar flexion and back extension of the two groups of patients increased and the research group was larger than the regular group,the ankle function score increased and the research group was higher than the regular group,serum IL-1β,IL-6,and TNF-αlevels decreased and the research group was lower than the regular group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Shujin Huoxue decoction combined with functional exercise can effectively reduce the serum levels of IL-1β,IL-6,and TNF-α in patient after ankle joint fracture surgery,inhibit inflammation,help restore ankle joint function,and have a significant effect.
