小针刀联合手法复位在颈源性眩晕治疗中的导向作用

The Guiding Effect of Small Needle Knife Combined with Manual Reduction in Cervical Vertigo

目的探讨小针刀联合复位对颈源性眩晕的疗效。方法纳入2018年4月—2020年4月收治的颈源性眩晕患者100例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组50例及对照组50例,对照组给予手法复位,观察组增加小针刀,比较2组总有效率、治疗后立即起效构成比、颈源性眩晕症状与功能评估量表评分以及左右椎动脉及基底动脉平均血流速度。结果治疗后观察组的总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组立即起效的构成比高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组的眩晕症状及功能评估量表评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组右侧椎动脉、左侧椎动脉以及基底动脉的平均血流速度低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论小针刀联合手法复位治疗颈源性眩晕见效快,疗效好,可降低基底动脉、椎动脉平均血流速度,改善患者临床症状,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the efficacy of small needle-knife joint reset on cervical vertigo. Methods 100 patients with cervical-derived vertigo admitted between April 2018 and April 2020 were divided into observation group of 50 cases and control group of 50 cases by random numerical table method. The control group was given manual reduction,and the observation group increased the small needle knife.The total efficiency,the effect composition ratio immediately after treatment,the cervical-derived vertigo symptoms and the average rate of the control artery and the average blood flow rate was compared. Results The total efficiency of the post-treatment observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05). The composition ratio of the immediate effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0. 05). The vertigo symptom and functional evaluation scale score was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05),and the average blood flow rate of the right vertebral artery,left vertebral artery and base artery in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion The combination of small needle knife and manual reduction in the treatment of cervical-derived vertigo is effective quickly and has good effect,which can reduce the average blood flow rate of the base artery and vertebral artery,and improve the clinical symptoms of patients,which is worth popularizing and applying.
