摘要
网红是随着互联网发展而出现的一种新兴群体,随之产生的网红经济是一种新型商业模式。近年来,随着互联网的普及和脱贫攻坚战的推进,我国民族地区网红经济发展速度迅猛。网红经济在帮助民族地区民众增收脱贫和推动地方经济发展方面发挥了重要作用。文章结合网红经济的生成逻辑和演化路径,对民族地区网红经济的生成逻辑、演化路径进行了探究,分析了网红经济对民族地区经济社会的影响,摸清了网红经济在民族地区发展遇到的困境,并从基础设施建设、质量监管体系、特色民族文化等角度提出相关政策建议。
“Web celebrities”is a new group that has emerged with the development of the Internet,and the economy of the web celebrity is a new business model that accompanies it.In recent years,with the popularization of the Internet and the advancement of the battle against poverty,the web celebrity economy in the ethnic minority areas of China has developed rapidly,and it has played an important role in helping the people in the ethnic minority areas to increase their income,cast off poverty and promote local economic development.This article explores the logical generation and the evolutionary path of the web celebrity economy in ethnic minority region;analyzes its impact on the economy and society in ethnic minority areas,figures out the dilemmas that the web celebrity economy encounters in ethnic minority areas;and puts forward corresponding policy suggestions on the development of the web celebrity economy in ethnic minority areas.The research shows that the web celebrity economy has a lot of positive effects on both the economy and society of ethnic minority areas,for example,it can optimize the industrial structure,attract talents and cultivate local brands.However,the development of the web celebrity economy in ethnic areas also faces many challenges,including lagging infrastructure,backward ideologies,vicious competition of products,and so on.In view of this,this article puts forward the following policy suggestions:1)Consolidating infrastructure construction.In order to promote web celebrity economic development in ethnic minority areas,it is necessary to further improve transportation,communication,education and other kinds of infrastructure;improve the scientific and cultural literacy of the people in these areas;enhance the ability of the core drivers of economic development in ethnic minority areas;and promote the improvement of the overall economic development level in these areas.2)Improving the quality supervision system.The development of the web celebrity economy has brought a new platform trading mode,and the quality of web celebrity products determines the final purchase intention of the public.The government should improve the quality supervision system of agricultural products and dynamically monitor the quality of web celebrity products.Enterprises should adopt a unified quality standard for the quality evaluation of agricultural products from different perspectives;cooperate with the quality monitoring department of agricultural products;establish a quality safety traceability platform;receive public quality evaluation;and improve product quality in a timely manner.3)Displaying ethnically characteristic cultures.Publicity in ethnic minority areas should fully consider the regional characteristics and cultural differences of local ethnic minorities.
