摘要 以煤矿井下炮眼施工钻机的油箱结构设计为研究对象,针对炮眼钻机体积小、结构紧凑这一特点,详细分析了油箱总装的组成,并通过理论推演给出了油箱容积的计算方法和油箱附件的选型依据,为液压油箱设计提供参考。样机的应用与试验证明了该油箱可以有效地降低油液的污染速度与等级,对提高钻机液压系统的可靠性与稳定性具有重要意义。 Taking the oil tank structure design of blasthole construction drilling rig in underground coal mine as the research object, aiming at the characteristics of small size and compact structure of the blasthole drilling rig, the composition of oil tank assembly was analyzed in detail. Through theoretical deduction, the calculation method of tank volume and the type selection basis of tank accessories were given, which provides reference for the design of hydraulic oil tank. The application and experiment of the prototype prove that the oil tank can effectively reduce the speed and grade of oil contamination,which is of great significance to improve the reliability and stability of the rig hydraulic system.
