摘要 目前,矿用反应型高分子材料正式纳入了安标管理类目,煤矿高分子材料用注浆装置作为矿用反应型高分子材料的专用设备也应运而生,与矿用反应型高分子材料须按安标管理要求专配专用,其重要性和安全性就显得尤为突出。从该装置的结构组成、安全技术要求、性能试验等方面进行阐述和分析并提出建议,为生产企业和煤矿用户提供了一定的技术指导和参考。 At present, the mine reactive polymer materials are formally included in the safety standard management category. The grouting device for coal mine polymer materials as the special equipment for mining reactive polymer materials also came into being. It and mine reactive polymer materials must be specially allocated according to the safety standard management requirements. Its importance and safety are particularly prominent. The structural composition, safety technical requirements and performance test of the device were described and analyzed, and suggestions were put forward, which provides certain technical guidance and reference for production enterprises and coal mine users.
