摘要 以掘进机截割减速器为研究对象,分析了减速器齿轮的工作机理和产生振动信号原因,提出了变分模态分解(VMD)算法结合小波去噪理论的方法,通过运用变分模态算法对人为断齿故障信号进行分解,并结合小波去噪理论对其重构信号进行去噪。仿真结果表明,该方法适用于掘进机截割减速器振动特性的分析,能够完成齿轮多种振动信号特征的提取,分解层数较少,去噪效果良好,计算结果与人为造成的断齿故障位置一致,具有重要的现实意义。 Taking the cutting reducer of the roadheader as the research object, analyzed the operation mechanism of the reducer gear and the reason for the vibration signal, and proposed a method of combining the variational modal decomposition(VMD) algorithm with the wavelet denoising theory. Decomposed the man-made broken tooth fault signal by using the variational modal algorithm, and combined the wavelet denoising theory to denoise its reconstructed signal. The simulation results show that the method is suitable for the analysis of the vibration characteristics of the cutting reducer of the roadheader. It can complete the extraction of multiple vibration signal characteristics of the gear. The number of decomposition layers is small, the noise reduction effect is good. The calculation results are related to the artificially manufactured broken tooth, which has important practical significance.
