摘要
针对传统双级行星减速器内齿圈联合止动方式故障率高、联接方式复杂、加工难度大、且止动结构占用行星减速器内部较大空间、影响行星架结构强度的问题,提出一种新型双级行星减速器内齿圈联合止动方式。采用榫卯联接原理,联接方式简单可靠,零件易加工,且充分利用双级行星减速器狭小的空间,解决了原结构需要缩小行星架外径、降低两级行星架强度的缺陷,提高了行星减速器的可靠性。
Aiming at the problems that the combined stop method of the inner gear ring of the traditional double-stage planetary reducer has high failure rate, complicated connection method, and difficult machining process, and the stopper structure takes up a large space inside the planetary reducer, which affects the strength of the planet carrier structure, a new type of double-stage planetary reducer inner gear ring combined stopping method was proposed. The tenon-and-mortise connection principle was abopted, the connection method is simple and reliable, and the parts are easy to process.It also makes full use of the small space of the double-stage planetary reducer, which solves the need to reduce the size of the planetary frame diameter, reduces the strength of the double-stage planet carrier, improves the reliability of the planetary reducer.
