摘要
介绍了一种小型液压锚杆钻车的主要技术参数、总体布置、结构形式以及支护工艺等。该机型能够完成煤矿井下巷道顶部和侧帮锚杆支护的机械化作业,降低了工作面工人的劳动强度,改善了工人的工作环境。它的成功应用,标志着综掘工区和普掘工区配套锚杆机的小型化设计研究取得了新的进展。
Introduced the main technical parameters, overall layout, structural form and support technology of a small hydraulic bolt drill truck. The machine can complete the mechanized operation of bolt support at the top and side of roadway in coal mine, reduce the working intensity of workers in working face and improve the working environment of workers. Its successful application marks that in fully mechanized excavation area and general excavation area new progress has been made in miniaturization design of the bolt machine.
