摘要
为了增加瓦斯抽放孔的施工高度范围,实现水平面与竖直面0~360°钻孔施工,及结构简单紧凑、性能可靠稳定的要求,研制了ZYWL-4000(QFW)全方位高开孔全液压钻机。介绍了该钻机的方总体案设计和各个部件的主要结构,重新对液压系统进行了设计,并总结了钻机在煤矿现场的试验结果及应用情况。现场试验结果表明,该钻机的各项技术指标、参数均达到了设计要求。
In order to increase the construction height range of gas drainage hole, realize the drilling construction of 0~360° in horizontal plane and vertical plane, have requirements of simple and compact structure, reliable and stable performance, ZYWL-4000(QFW) omni-directional high opening full hydraulic drilling rig was developed. Introduced the overall plan design of this drilling rig and the main structure of each part, redesigned the hydraulic system, and summarized the test results and application of the drilling rig in coal mine field. The field test results show that the technical indexes and parameters of the drilling rig meet the design requirements.
