浊毒清对糖耐量减低患者VEGF、PEDF的影响

Effect of Zhuoduqing on VEGF and PEDF in Patients with Impaired Glucose Tolerance

目的观察浊毒清治疗糖耐量减低(IGT)患者的临床疗效及对血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、色素上皮衍生因子(PEDF)的影响。方法选取IGT患者160例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组80例采用阿卡波糖片治疗;治疗组80例采用浊毒清治疗。治疗3个月后,观察治疗前后主要证候评分,检测治疗前后餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血清VEGF、PEGF水平。结果最终完成试验者146例,治疗组72例,对照组74例。2组患者治疗后主要证候评分、2 hPG、HbA1c、血清VEGF、PEGF水平均明显降低(P<0.05),而治疗组主要证候评分、血清VEGF、VEGF/PEDF水平改善均较对照组更加明显(P<0.05)。结论浊毒清可以改善IGT患者糖代谢及症状,可能降低患者微血管病变发生率。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zhuoduqing and its effects on vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and pigment epithelium derived factor(PEDF)in patients with impaired glucose tolerance(IGT).Methods 160 IGT patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.80 cases in control group were treated with Acarbose tablet,80 cases in observation group were treated with Zhuoduqing.The main syndrome scores were observed before and after treatment,and the levels of 2hPG,HbA1c,serum VEGF and PEGF were measured before and after treatment.Results 146 patients,72 in the observation group and 74 in the control group finished the experiment.After treatment,the scores of main syndromes,2hPG,HbA1c,serum VEGF and PEGF in the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.05),while the improvement of the scores of main syndromes,serum VEGF and VEGF/PEGF in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhuoduqing can improve glucose and the related symptoms in IGT patients,and may reduce the incidence of microvascular disease.
