从开阖枢论脾肾阳虚型泄泻

Discussion on Yang Deficiency of Spleen and Kidney Diarrhea from“Opening and Closing Pivot”

中医学认为,气的运动以开、阖、枢为表现形式,若枢机畅达,则脏腑气机通畅,阴阳和合;若开阖不利,则脏腑气机阻滞,阴阳失交,出现五脏六腑的相关病变。脾肾阳虚型泄泻的发生亦是由于体内阴阳开、阖、枢枢机不利所引起。因此,此研究从三阴三阳“开阖枢”角度来论治脾肾阳虚型泄泻具有重要的临证价值和临床指导意义。

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the movement of qi is manifested by opening,closing,and pivoting.If the cardinal is unobstructed,the visceral ventilator is unobstructed,and the yin and yang are in harmony.If the opening and closing are unfavorable,the visceral ventilator is blocked,and the yin and yang are out of relationship,and the internal organs of the viscera and the organ related lesions.The occurrence of diarrhea due to spleen and kidney yang deficiency is also caused by yin and yang opening,closing,and cardinal adverse effects in the body.Therefore,this article discusses the important clinical value and clinical guiding significance of treating spleen and kidney yang deficiency type diarrhea from the perspective of“opening and closing pivot”of three yin and three yang.
