田霞教授新九针治疗顽固性面瘫撷要

Experience of Tian Xia in the Treatment of Intractable Facial Paralysis with the Application of New Nine Needles

周围性面瘫症状迁延不愈达3个月以上者称为顽固性面瘫,多为久病气血痹阻,瘀滞经脉,导致筋脉失养,筋肉弛缓不收而发本病。此研究从顽固性面瘫的理论依据、新九针治疗、针刺方法等方面结合验案阐述,介绍田霞教授新九针治疗顽固性面瘫的经验。田霞教授治疗顽固性面瘫首在辨证,注重扶正祛邪,善用新九针理论,灵活施治,疗效显著。

Peripheral facial paralysis symptoms for more than 3 months are known as intractable facial paralysis.It is mostly chronic disease of qi and blood obstruction,stagnation of the meridians,resulting in the loss of muscle and meridians,muscle relaxation and failure to receive the disease.In this paper,from the theoretical basis of intractable facial paralysis,the new nine needles treatment,acupuncture methods and other aspects combined with medical records,Tian Xia’s new nine needles treatment experience of intractable facial paralysis was introduced.Tian Xia treats intractable facial paralysis dialectically firstly,pays attention to the maintenance of health and dispel evil,makes good use of the New nine needles theory and makes flexible treatment with remarkable curative effect.
