傅青主调经方临床新用举隅

New Clinical Practice Application of Regulating Menstruation Prescription by Fu Qingzhu

中医学具有自身理论体系及传承规律,对中医名家经验的研究及拓展一直是继承和发展中医学术的重要途径。明代医学家傅山代表著作《傅青主女科》在中医史上具有划时代的意义。其调经方立法严谨,制方精良,疗效卓著。笔者在刘智教授指导下,临床中把握病机,灵活辨证,进行加减,拓展其运用,在内科杂病和皮肤病中取得良效,值得推广。

Traditional Chinese medicine has its own theoretical system and law of inheritance.The research and expansion of the experience of TCM masters have always been an important way to inherit and develop TCM academic research.Fu Shan,a medical scholar in Ming Dynasty,whose representative works Fu Qingzhu female science,has epoch-making significance in the history of Traditional Chinese medicine.Its regulation legislation is rigorous,the system is excellent,and the curative effect is outstanding.Under the guidance of Teacher Liu Zhi,the authors grasped the pathogenesis in clinical practice,flexible differentiation,expanded its application.It has achieved good results in miscellaneous internal diseases and skin diseases,and is worth promoting.
