送电线路施工是一个高危行业,并且涉及复杂外部环境,因此,送电线路施工管理需要有较强的管理能力。随着经济的发展,制度的健全,工程管理要求也越来越高,越来越难。提高项目管理水平,应做好安全、质量、进度、成本等方面管理工作。文中就此进行讨论。

transmission line construction is a high-risk industry, and involves complex external environment, therefore, transmission line construction management needs to have strong management ability. With the development of economy and the improvement of system, the requirement of project management is higher and higher, and it is more and more difficult. To improve the level of project management, we should do a good job in safety, quality, schedule, cost and other aspects of management. This paper discusses this issue.
