摘要
依托山西大学教学楼地下车库悬挑板施工工程,针对针对低净空悬挑板同步浇筑支模过程中造成的拆除困难和施工效率低的技术问题,研发了由组合式支撑竖管、组合式横杆和轴拉式方木组成的低净空悬挑板同步浇筑支模体系,并系统阐明了其施工工艺与控制要点,为同类工程的设计和施工提供指导和借鉴。
Based on the cantilever plate construction project of the underground garage of the teaching building of Shanxi University, aiming at the technical problems of the difficulty of dismantling and the low construction efficiency caused by the synchronous pouring and formwork supporting process of the low clearance cantilever plate, the synchronous pouring and formwork supporting system of the low clearance cantilever plate is developed, which is composed of the combined support vertical pipe, the combined cross bar and the axial pull square timber. The construction technology and control points are systematically expounded, which may provide guidance and reference for the design and construction of similar projects.
