装配式混凝土住宅成本分析

Cost Analysis of Prefabricated Concrete Residence

文中以抗震设防烈度为7°的三类场地,长三角地区的18层装配式混凝土住宅全装修方案为例,根据《装配式建筑评价标准》进行成本分析。与现浇式混凝土住宅相比,装配式混凝土住宅的直接成本增量为480~610元/m2,间接成本(设计费、措施费)增量为40~80元/m2。

In this paper, taking the 18 story prefabricated concrete residential decoration scheme in Yangtze River Delta area as an example, the cost analysis is carried out according to the evaluation standard for prefabricated buildings. Compared with the cast-in-place concrete residence, the direct cost increment of prefabricated concrete residence is 480 ~ 610 yuan/m2, and the increment of indirect cost(design cost and measure cost) is 40 ~ 80 yuan/m2.
