我国医用粘胶相关性皮肤损伤的文献计量学分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的对我国医用粘胶相关性皮肤损伤的相关文献进行计量学分析,为临床护理提供参考。方法计算机检索建库至2019年12月31日中国期刊全文数据库、维普数据库、万方数据库、PubMed中公开发表的我国医用粘胶相关性皮肤损伤的文献,利用NoteExpress去重,Excel建立数据,对文献年度分布、发文地区、机构分布、期刊分布、合著率、被引频次、基金项目资助情况、文献类型及研究内容进行统计分析。结果共纳入文献131篇,其中期刊论文124篇、学位论文5篇、会议论文2篇。文献数量总体呈上升趋势,2016年开始增长较快;作者机构类型以综合性医院为主(94篇,71.76%);文献第一作者所在地区分布于23个省(区、市),发文量最多的地域为江苏省(28篇,21.37%);有333位作者发文;文献发表于62种期刊上,平均发文量2篇;获得基金支持的有37篇;文献类型主要为实验性和类实验性研究文献(49篇,37.40%);医用粘胶相关性皮肤损伤的研究热点主要集中在医用粘胶相关性皮肤损伤的高危人群、医用粘胶相关性皮肤损伤的评估、预防与治疗3个方面。结论近年来医用粘胶相关性皮肤损伤的相关研究逐渐受到国内研究者的关注,核心研究团体初步形成,但文献质量有待进一步提高。 Objective To make bibliometric analysis on related articles of domestic medical adhesive-related skin injury(MARSI)to provide reference for clinical care.Method Search related published articles of MARSI on CNKI,VIP,Wanfang and PubMed database from beginning of database to Dec.31st 2019 by computer.Eliminate the duplication by NoteExpress,construct the data by Excel and make statistic analysis on distribution of year,publishing area,institution distribution,journal distribution,co-authorship rate,citation frequency,fund assistance,type of article and research content.Result Totally 131 articles are retrieved,including 124 periodical articles,5 dissertations and 2 conference articles.The number of articles is increasing,which increases rapidly since 2016.Institutions of authors are mainly general hospitals(94 articles,71.76%).Areas of first authors distribute in 23 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities).Jiangsu Province has the most published number of articles(28 articles,21.37%).The articles are published by 333 authors in 62 journals.The average publishing number is 2.Thirty-seven articles receive fund assistance.Type of articles is mainly experimental and quasi-experimental research(49 articles,37.40%).The research focus is mainly high risk group,assessment,prevention and treatment of MARSI.Conclusion Related research on MARSI is attracting much attention of domestic researchers in recent years.The core research group is preliminarily formed but the quality of articles needs to be improved.
