我国石油管材国产化回顾与思考

Retrospect and Experiences of Petroleum Tubular Goods Localization

石油管材是石油工业勘探开发和油气运输等所必须的基础产品。对国内油井管和输送管国产化历程做了简要回顾,并介绍了石油管未来的开发和研究方向。结合石油管国产化历史,总结了国产化成功的经验,指出政策环境的支持、科研和技术的创新、先进质量管理模式的导入、合理项目组织形式的建立、标准和产品认识的突破以及国际环境的稳定等是我国石油管材从无到有、从有到全的主要因素,但同时国内油井管和输送管行业也存在一些问题。作为产品和技术国产化的典型案例之一,石油管材的发展历程可以为其他关键领域的独立自主发展提供启示和借鉴。

Petroleum tubular goods are necessary industrial products in both upstream(exploration&production)and middle stream(oil&gas transportation).The localization history of oil country tubular goods(OCTG)and line pipe products in China was retrospected briefly.Furthermore,the future research and development suggestions were summarized.It is concluded that several factors,such as support of national policies,innovation in R&D and technology,introduction of advanced quality management modes,establishment of practical project organization forms,breakthrough in opinions on specifications and products,and stability of international situation,etc.,drove successful localization of petroleum tubular goods in China from almost zero to the highest capacity in the world.However,some problems in OCTG and line pipe industry are pointed out.As a typical case in product&technology localization,the history of petroleum tubular goods in China may provide inspiration and reference to the independent development of other key industrial fields.
