摘要
为了掌握油气管道环焊缝用熔化极气体保护焊(GMAW)焊丝的性能,为现场焊接焊材选用提供指导,对国内外几种气保实心焊丝形成的管道环焊缝的强度、韧性进行了试验研究。试验采用50%Ar+50%CO_(2)混合气体的GMAW方法,在31.8 mm厚的L485管线钢板上进行。试验结果表明,国产的GMAW焊丝在合适的工艺条件下,具有较高的强度和韧性,可用于高强度管线钢管道环缝的焊接。
To master the performance of GMAW eletrodes for oil&gas pipeline girth welding and provide guidance for the selection of welding materials,the strength and toughness of girth weld formed by several kinds of gas shielded solid welding wires at home and abroad were studied.The test was carried out on 31.8 mm thick L485 pipeline steel plate by GMAW process of 50%Ar+50%CO_(2) mixed gas.The test results show that the domestic GMAW electrodes has high strength and toughness under suitable process conditions,which can be used for girth welding of high strength pipeline steel pipe.
