一种新型集输管线用内衬钢管螺纹接头密封性能研究

摘要 目前油田集输管线采用焊接方式连接,管道运行较长时间后其内壁会发生较严重的腐蚀,焊接处焊缝会出现各类缺陷。为了解决钢管内部腐蚀和管道焊接所带来的问题,设计了一种新内衬钢管接头,并通过静水压试验测试其接头的密封性能。选取3组新型Φ73 mm×5.51 mm J55钢管螺纹接头和镀镍接箍,进行静水压试验。试验结果为:三组试样未发生泄漏,螺纹未发生变形最高压力57.8 MPa。经过静水压试验,所设计接头的密封性符合API Spec 5CT-2018的要求。 At present,the oil field gathering and transportation pipelines are mostly connected by welding,and the corrosion is serious after the pipeline runs for a long time.Various defects are easy to appear in the welding seam.In order to solve the problems caused by internal corrosion and welding of steel pipe,a new type of joint for lined steel pipe is designed.Three groups ofΦ73×5.51mm J55 steel pipes,self-designed threaded joints and nickel plated couplings were selected for hydrostatic test to test the sealing performance.The test results show that the hydrostatic test pressure of the three groups of samples was 46 MPa and the pressure was maintained for 6 minutes.The maximum test pressure can reach 57.8 MPa.The sealing of the designed joint fully meets the requirements of API Spec 5CT-2018,which can provide a new solution for oil field gathering pipeline corrosion.
