提高电梯井道面积利用率的相关技术与优化设计

Technology of Improving the Available Ratio of Elevator Well Area and Its Optimization Design

对建筑物内电梯井道占用面积进行讨论,并阐述电梯轿厢使用面积与占用井道面积的关系;指出目前电梯井道建筑设计中一些不合理问题,提出电梯井道面积有效利用率的概念,以及改进电梯结构设计最大限度提高井道面积有效利用的相关建议。

Discussed the available area of elevator well in building,the relationship between the available area and the available area of elevator car is expounded,and some unreasonable problems in the current architectural design of elevator well are pointed out.The concept of the effective utilization ratio of elevator well area is put forward,and some suggestions on improving the design of elevator construction to maximize the effective utilization of well area are put forward.
