6-氯嘌呤类衍生物的合成及其诱导绿豆种子萌发活性

摘要 设计合成了一类具有高促生长活性和高水溶性的苯胺结构嘌呤类化合物12个,并对目标化合物进行了绿豆促萌发活性测试。目标化合物结构经1H NMR、MS确征。促进绿豆萌发活性测试结果表明:该类化合物对于促进绿豆萌发有较高活性;化合物3l在10 mg·L^(-1)质量浓度下显示出较好的活性,促发芽率达到100%,化合物3a和3c在1 mg·L^(-1)质量浓度下的活性也优于阳性对照6-苄胺基嘌呤(6-BA)。化合物3l、3a、3c具有促进绿豆萌发的植物生长调节剂活性,为进一步研发高活性化合物奠定了基础。 To develop a purine compound with high growth promoting activity and high water solubility,a class of12 purine compounds with aniline structure were designed and synthesized,and the target compounds were tested for the germination-promoting activity of mung bean.These target compounds were all characterized by1 H NMR and MS.The testing results of promoting the germination of mung bean showed that this kind of structure had certain activity in promoting the germination of mung bean;compound 3 l showed good activity at a mass concentration of 10 mg·L^(-1) with the germination rate 100%;compounds 3 a and 3 c had better activity at a mass concentration of 1 mg·L^(-1) than the positive control 6-BA.As a result,compounds 3 l,3 a,3 c had plant growth regulator activity for promoting the germination of mung bean to a certain extent,which laid the foundation for the further development of highly active compounds.
