左氧氟沙星联合头孢曲松治疗老年呼吸道感染的临床效果

Clinical effect of levofloxacin combined with ceftriaxone in the treatment of elderly respiratory infections

目的观察左氧氟沙星联合头孢曲松治疗老年呼吸道感染的临床效果。方法选取2017年12月-2019年12月湖南省湘潭市雨湖区万楼街道社区卫生服务中心接收的老年呼吸道感染患者60例,根据电脑随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组患者给予头孢曲松治疗,观察组患者给予左氧氟沙星联合头孢曲松治疗。比较2组患者的临床疗效、临床症状改善时间、治疗前后生存质量改善情况及不良反应。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为96.7%,高于对照组患者的80.0%(χ^(2)=4.043,P=0.044);观察组患者咳嗽、呼吸困难、发热及肺部啰音改善时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者生存质量评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗期间2组不良反应总发生率比较无显著差异(χ^(2)=0.218,P=0.640)。结论左氧氟沙星联合头孢曲松治疗老年呼吸道感染患者的疗效好,可尽早改善患者的临床症状,帮助患者尽早恢复健康,提高患者生存质量,且临床安全性较高。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of levofloxacin combined with ceftriaxone in the treatment of elderly respiratory infections.Methods From December 2017 to December 2019,60 elderly patients with respiratory infections received by the Community Health Service Center,Wanlou Street,Yuhu District,Xiangtan,Hunan Province were selected,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to the computerized random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ceftriaxone,and the observation group was treated with levofloxacin combined with ceftriaxone.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom improvement time,quality of life improvement before and after treatment,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(96.7%)was higher than that in the control group(80.0%)(χ^(2)=4.043,P=0.044);The improvement time of cough,dyspnea,fever and pulmonary rales in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the quality of life scores of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.01);There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(χ^(2)=0.218,P=0.640).Conclusion Levofloxacin combined with ceftriaxone has a good effect in the treatment of elderly patients with respiratory tract infections,it can improve the clinical symptoms of patients as soon as possible,it can help patients recover as soon as possible,improve the quality of life of patients,and it has high clinical safety.
