金黄色葡萄球菌的表型药物敏感性与耐药基因携带性的相关分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的了解金黄色葡萄球菌(SA)的表型药物敏感性,掌握耐药基因携带性情况,为临床防治提供参考依据。方法对2015年8月-2016年5月潍坊医学院附属医院分离的SA菌株进行鉴定和药敏试验,提取SA基因组,采用PCR进行耐药基因检测。结果86株SA菌株中,耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)检出率为26.74%。SA对青霉素G和红霉素的耐药率均在70%以上,对克林霉素耐药率为47.67%。耐药基因msr B、msr A、bla Z及tet38阳性检出率分别为94.19%、91.86%、82.56%及80.23%。≥3种抗生素耐药的菌株占55.81%。结论SA多重耐药现象严重,携带多种耐药基因,临床上应根据药敏试验结果进行用药,加强预防。
