摘要
回溯笔者于2017-2018年间带领福田规自局团队策划与实施?"福田新校园行动计划"的艰辛过程,重点分析其背后的机制创新以及与深圳历年来创新性城市管理实践之间的渊源;?通过链接"建筑竞赛"体制探索的历程,聚焦公共设计管理者在调配、整合城市空间资源上的综合职能,也反思了"高密度校园"的普适性及潜在问题,以及如何在当前通行的代建制度内确保建筑师的话语权。
This paper retrospectively reviews the arduous programming and complementing process of Futian New School Initiative by the team from the Futian Bureau of Planning and Natural Resources in 2017 and 2018 under the author’s leadership,with an emphasis on the innovative mechanisms behind and the sources of management and practicesof Innovative City in Shenzhen in the past few years.Through the process of explorations of the mechanism of architectural competition,the paper focuses on the comprehensive functions of public design management in coordinating and integrating spatial sources of the city,and reflects on the universal adaptabilities and potential problems of campus of high density,exploring the way to guarantee architect’s power within contemporary agent-construction regulations.
