高校立身之本在于立德树人,把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程,开创我国高等教育事业发展新局面。要达成这一期望,就需要解决高校发展中“重硬件,轻软件”的问题。该问题导致了校园文化没有与时俱进,导致学生出现了归属感的焦虑和心理认同上的缺失。高校文化社区作为校园文化的重要载体之一,加强其建设来完善校园文化,提高学生的归属感和认同感,增加高校的“软实力”,对于学校的发展和学生的成长意义重大。

A university's ultimate goal lies in establishing morality and fostering people,putting ideological and political work through the whole process of education and teaching,and creating a new situation for the development of higher education in China.To achieve this goal,it is necessary to solve the problem of emphasis on hardware rather than software in the development of universities because it has led to the latency of campus culture and students'loss of sense of belonging and lack of psychological identity.As one of the important carriers of campus culture,the cultural community of universities should be strengthened to improve campus culture,enhance the sense of belonging and identity of students,and increase the“soft power”of universities,which is of great significance to the development of universities and the growth of students.
