摘要
新时代的职业学校是培养“大国工匠”精神的摇篮,是工匠精神体现的重要基地。中职阶段的教育目标是培养学生的职业发展能力,培养和传承弘扬“工匠精神”是我们当下践行社会主义核心价值观,培育社会主义建设者和接班人的根本任务之一。在职业教育阶段,弘扬传统文化、传承工匠精神,让职校学生领悟工匠精神的价值和意义不仅有利于学生个体价值体系的塑造,更是打造我国职业技能强国,依托“一带一路”、“中国制造2025”战略是我国实现中国梦的重要保障之一。因此,中职教育必须要将“工匠精神”贯穿于德育教育教学全过程,把“工匠精神”印在学生心中,优化中职学生的职业发展能力。
Vocational schools in the new era are the cradle of the spirit of Craftsman of Great Power and an important base for the spirit of craftsmanship.As the goal of secondary vocational education is to cultivate the professional developmental ability of students,and cultivating and inheriting the craftsmanship spirit is one of the fundamental tasks of practicing socialist core values and cultivate socialist builders and successors,promoting traditional culture,inheriting the spirit of craftsmanship,and making vocational school students understand the values and significance of the spirit of craftsmanship will not only help with the shaping of students'individual value system,but also a guarantee for China Dream by making China a power in vocational skills and following the strategies of the“Belt and Road”Initiative and“China-made 2025”.Therefore,secondary vocational education must integrate the craftsmanship spirit into the entire process of moral education and teaching,and imprint the spirit onto the heart of students to optimize the professional developmental ability of secondary vocational school students.
