摘要
近年来,我国社会工作事业不断壮大,发展势头良好。随着专业人才队伍的迅速扩张、社工机构数量的不断增长,民办社工机构暴露出内部管理滞后等问题,尤其在人力资源管理上面临诸多困境。基于国内外民办社工机构人力资源研究成果和分析、借鉴现代企业人力资源管理的相关理论和研究以及由社工机构负责人或人力资源工作负责人填写的《民办社工机构人力资源管理现状调查表》,梳理了长春市十四家民办社工机构人力资源管理的现状和问题,深入分析问题成因,提出了适合民办社工机构人力资源管理的发展策略,助力民办社工机构更好地满足人民群众的各类服务需求、更好地参与创新社会治理。
In recent years,China's social work has continued to grow with a good trend of development.With the rapid expansion of the professional talent team and the continuous increase in the number of social work organizations,private social work organizations have shown problems such as backward internal management,especially the difficulties in human resource management.Based on the research results and analysis of human resources in private social work organizations at home and abroad,the relevant theories and research of modern enterprises'human resource management,and the questionnaire on the Status Quo of Human Resource Management in Private Social Work Organizations completed by the people in charge of the social work organizations or human resources management,the paper sorted out the status quo and problems of human resource management in 14 private social work organizations in Changchun City,deeply analyzed the causes of the problems,and put forward development strategies suitable for human resource management of private social work organizations to help private social work organizations better meet the people's various demands over services and better participate in innovative social governance.
