摘要
目的探讨翻转课堂教学法在《异常人体形态学》课程中的应用效果。方法抽取两个学年医学本科学生并分为两组,对照组按照传统教学方法授课,试验组采取翻转课堂教学法。结果对比两组学生的平时成绩、期末成绩及调查问卷满意度,试验组的期末成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.01),在标本观察及病例讨论等环节的课堂满意度也高于对照组,平时成绩两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论翻转课堂教学法提高了《异常人体形态学》的教学质量,也提高学生学习主动性及综合能力。
Objective To explore the effect of flipped classroom in laboratory of abnormal human morphology course.Methods The undergraduates of two grades were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group adopted the flipped classroom teaching method,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode.Results Compared with the control group,the scores and study satisfaction of the experimental group in the final exam were significantly higher(P<0.01)and students’satisfactions in the sample observation and in case discussion were higher.There was no significant difference in the usual performance between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The flipped classroom improved the teaching quality in abnormal human morphology course,and boosted the initiative and the comprehensive ability of students,which is worth popularizing in the future.
