“一带一路”沿线国家来华留学生培养质量提升的策略研究——以江苏高职院校为例

Research on the Strategy of Improving the Cultivation Quality of International Students'in China from Countries along the"the Belt and Road":A Case Study on Jiangsu Higher Vocational Colleges

“一带一路”沿线国家来华留学生培养中,存在生源质量较差、师资水平不高、管理队伍配备不足、培养体系不够完善等问题,需以“宣传+选拔”为手段,提高生源入学门槛;以“双语+双能”为重点,提升教师执教水平;以“趋同+求异”为原则,培养管理人员能力;以“本土+国际”为特色,完善人才培养体系,切实提高高职院校来华留学生培养质量。

In the cultivation of the international students in China from countries along"the Belt and Road",we find that there are many problems such as poor quality of students,low competitive of faculty,insufficient personnel for management,and imperfect training system.Therefore,it is necessary to raise the entrance threshold of students by means of"publicity+selection";improve the teaching level of teachers with the emphasis of"bilingual+dual ability";cultivate management personnel ability with the principle of"convergence+differentiation";and improve the talent training system so as to effectively improve the cultivation quality of international students in China in higher vocational colleges with"local+international"characteristics.
