在陆台青就业创业社会支持系统优化路径研究

Research on the Optimal Path of Employment and Entrepreneurship Social Support System for Taiwan’s Youth in China's Mainland

台湾青年赴大陆就业创业渐成风潮。为更好地促进在陆台青融入社会,增强安全感和归属感,构建完善的社会支持系统尤为重要。在陆台青就业创业社会支持系统由政策性支持、扩散性支持、信息性支持和情感性支持组成,并承担着领导作用、基础作用、指导作用和深层作用。通过半结构化访谈发现,这一社会支持系统的四个部分存在不同程度的不足。应从政策支持精细化、扩散支持人性化、信息支持智能化、情感支持自主化等方面优化在陆台青就业创业社会支持系统,营造优质的就业创业环境,实现在陆台青从“融入”向“融合”的跨越。

It is becoming a trend for Taiwan’s Youth to go to the mainland for employment and entrepreneurship.In order to better promote the integration of Taiwan’s Youth who live in the mainland into society and enhance their sense of security and belonging,it is particularly important to build a complete social support system.Taiwan’s youth employment and entrepreneurship social support system is composed of policy support,diffusion support,information support and emotional support,and it assumes leadership,basic,guiding and in-depth roles.Through semi-structured interviews,it is found that the four parts of this social support system have varying degrees of deficiencies.We should optimize the employment and entrepreneurship social support system for Taiwan’s Youth resident in the mainland in terms of policy support refinement,diffusion support for humanization,information support for intelligence,and emotional support for autonomy,so as to create a high-quality employment and entrepreneurship environment.Realize the leap from“integration”to“integration”of Taiwan’s Youth.
