伏牛山大型真菌资源群落生态学研究

Ecological study on macrofungi resources community in Funiu Mountain

以伏牛山系真菌资源群落为研究对象,将伏牛山系划分为5个样地共采集大型真菌标本326份,实验结合经典分类学和分子生物学等研究方法共鉴定出真菌159种,隶属于2门3纲9目42科88属159种。在科属组成上,优势科为多孔菌科Polyporaceae、牛肝菌科Boletaceae、伞菌科Agaricaceae等8科,占总科数、总种数的百分比分别为19.0%和44.6%;优势属为离褶伞属Marasmius、小菇属Mycena、小脆柄菇属Psathyrella等6属,占总属数、总种数的百分比分别为6.8%和22.6%。食用菌36属共52种、药用菌42属共48种、有毒菌19属共25种。

Taking the fungal resource community of Funiu Mountain System as the research object,we collected 326 macrofungal specimens in the Funiu Mountain System and divided into 5 sample plots.we identified a total of 159 species of fungi with classical taxonomy and molecular biology research methods which belong to 2 phyta,3 classes,9 orders,42 families,88 genera and 159 species.In terms of family and genus composition,the 8 dominant families were Polyporaceae,Boletaceae,Agaricaceae and so on,accounting for 19.0%and 44.6%of the total families and species,respectively.The dominant genera were Marasmius,Mycena and Psathyrella,accounting for 6.8%of the total genera and 22.6%of the total species,respectively.There were 52 species of edible fungi in 36 genera,48 species of medicinal fungi in 42 genera,and 25 species of toadstool in 19 genera.
