摘要
对氧磷酶(Paraoxonase,PON)是一类广谱的非专一性酯酶。对氧磷酶家族至少有3个成员,PON1、PON2和PON3。PON在有机磷酸代谢中具有重要作用,被认为是可开发治疗有机磷中毒的有前途的方法。本文综述了PON的性质、基因多态性、催化活性及PON在有机磷农药中毒中的重要作用。
Paraoxonases are a group of broad-spectrum non-specific esterases.The PON family has at least three members:paraoxonase-1(PON1),paraoxonase-2(PON2)and paraoxonase-3(PON3).PON has a pivotal role in the metabolism of the organophosphate.It is considered as a promising way of developing a therapy for organophosphorus poisoning.This paper reviewed the characteristics,the polymorphism and the catalytic activity of PON,as well as its important role in the organophosphorus poisoning.
