The Dependence of Japanese Market on Four Kinds of Edible Fungi in China:Base on the Comparison of Edible Fungi Market in Japan Among China,America and Korea

文章基于UNComtrade数据库2009—2018年HS六位编码查询到的贸易数据,对比分析中国、美国、韩国对日本食用菌出口现状,从进口与出口两个角度,结合中国、美国、韩国在世界食用菌市场上的重要性,运用进口依赖度系数综合分析日本对上述国家食用菌的依赖度,并提出结论与建议。

Based on the trade data from 2009 to 2018 in UN Comtrade,the export status of edible fungi was compared and analyzed from China,America,Korea to Japan.With the combination of the importance of China,America,Korea in the world’s edible fungi market,the dependence coefficient was used to analyze the dependence of Japan on edible fungi in the above countries,and the conclusion and suggestions are put forward.
