密切随访减少高脂血症胰腺炎再发的效果观察

The related observation on reducing recurrence of hyperlipidemia pancreatitis by close follow-up

目的观察密切随访减少高脂血症胰腺炎再发的效果。方法选择2017年1月—2019年6月于宜春市第二人民医院就诊的150例高脂血症胰腺炎患者,其中2017年1月—2018年6月患者为对照组,共90例,均接受持续1年的常规随访;2018年7月—2019年6月患者纳入密切随访组,共60例,均接受持续1年的密切随访。对比2组随访期间胰腺炎复发率。结果密切随访组出院后1年内胰腺炎复发率为1.67%,低于对照组的12.22%(P<0.05);密切随访组甘油三酯水平低于对照组(P<0.05);干预期间,密切随访组服药、饮食、运动依从性评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论密切随访有助于高脂血症胰腺炎患者控制血脂水平,减少胰腺炎复发,提高治疗依从性。

Objective To explore the related observation on reducing recurrence of hyperlipidemia pancreatitis by close follow-up.Methods A total of 150 patients with hyperlipidemia pancreatitis who were treated in the hospital from January 2017 to June 2019 were enrolled.The 90 cases from January 2017 to June 2018 were included into control group and followed up routinely for 1 year,while another 60 cases after June 2018 were included into close follow-up group and followed up closely for 1 year.The changes in the recurrence rate of pancreatitis during follow-up in both groups were observed.Results The recurrence rate of pancreatitis within 1 year after discharge in observation group was lower than that in control group(1.67%vs 12.22%)(P<0.05).The triglyceride level in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).During intervention,compliance scores of medication,diet and exercise in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Close follow-up is beneficial to control blood lipid level in patients with hyperlipidemia pancreatitis,and reduce recurrence of pancreatitis,with better treatment compliance.
