“体医结合”教学模式在攀岩课程教学中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 为了给学生的健康发展奠定良好的基础,同时探究有效的“体医结合”教学实施模式,特在攀岩课程教学中将“体医结合”教学模式进行应用,以深入研究其对学生的心理发展和身体健康的影响.研究结果表明:采用“体医结合”教学模式的学生身体机能指标得以明显改善,收缩压、舒张压、安静脉搏和肺活量指标与研究开展前相比更稳定,立定跳远、50 m跑、握力、坐位体前屈和台阶实验成绩提升显著,同时学生心理健康状态更好,对教学模式的满意度更高. In order to lay a good foundation for the healthy development of students,and at the same time to explore the effective“integration of sports and medicine”teaching implementation mode,the“integration of sports and medicine”teaching mode is specially applied in the rock climbing course teaching to in-depth study of its effects on students The impact of mental development and physical health.The results of the study showed that the physical function indicators of the students who adopted the“combination of physical and medical”teaching mode were significantly improved.The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,intravenous stroke and vital capacity indicators were more stable than before the study,standing long jump,50 m running,grip strength,The results of sitting forward bending and step experiments have improved significantly,and students have better mental health and higher satisfaction with the teaching mode.
