高职院校构建全员、全过程、全方位育人的内涵及实施路径研究——以南京科技职业学院为例

On Connotation and Implementation Path of Constructing Whole-person,Whole-process and All-round Education in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking Nanjing Vocational College of Science and Technology as an Example

习总书记提出高校要把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程,实现全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人,高职院校作为高等院校的半壁江山,思想政治教育面临前所未有的压力。以南京科技职业学院为例采用问卷调查法调查了当前高职院校全员、全过程、全方位育人的现状,对目前三全育人实施过程中存在的问题进行了分析,并从育人氛围、育人主渠道、育人途径、育人效果以及政策保障等方面提出了高职院校全员、全过程、全方位育人的实施路径。

Chinese President Xi Jinping proposed that the ideological and political work should be carried through the whole process of education and teaching in colleges and universities to realize whole-person,whole-process and all-round education.The higher vocational colleges are the half of the advanced colleges and universities,whose ideological and political education is facing unprecedented pressure.Taking Nanjing Vocational College of Science and Technology as an example,this paper investigates the current situation of the whole-staff,whole-process and all-round education in higher vocational colleges by means of questionnaire survey,and analyzes the problems existing in the implementation of the three-wide education at present.From the education atmosphere,education main channel,education way,education effect,policy guarantee and the other aspects,this paper puts forward the implementation paths of all-round education in higher vocational colleges.
