摘要
只有将高校学生资助中的助学金分配抽象为分配正义体系的一部分,并且将人道和平等的属性嵌入正义内核中,才可以从微观层面的无力观感上升为制度或规则来预防和缓解福利困境问题;梳理了立足应得、自由、平等、责任和公平五种类型的分配正义理论,基于罗尔斯"公平的正义"理论逻辑分析个体化的历史流变、重点阐述从无知之幕推演助学金分配正义道德共识的机制构建。
Only by abstracting the allocation of grants in college student aid as part of the distribution justice system and embedding the attributes of humanity and equality in the core of justice can we rise from the weak perception at the micro level to the system or rules to prevent and alleviate the welfare dilemma. Based on five types of distributive justice theory: due, freedom, equality, responsibility and fairness, this paper analyzes the historical evolution of individualization based on Rawls’ theory of fair justice, and expounds the mechanism of deducing the moral consensus of grant distribution justice from the veil of ignorance.
