关系质量、协同管理与农产品供应链运作绩效的关系研究——信息共享的调节作用

Research on the Relationship among Relationship Quality,Collaborative Management and Operational Performance of AgriculturalProducts Supply Chain:The Regulating Effect of Information Sharing

从关系联结角度研究了关系质量对运作绩效的影响,同时考察了协同管理在关系质量与供应链运作绩效间的路径作用以及信息共享对于三者关系的调节效果。基于367份山东省果农的调研样本展开实证检验,研究发现:供应链伙伴通过关系质量影响链条关系,正向促进供应链整体绩效稳步上升;信息共享在协同管理与运作绩效之间起到正向显著调节作用,同时也正向显著调节关系质量对运作绩效的作用效果;协同管理在关系质量和供应链运作绩效之间的作用关系起到部分中介的效应。本研究丰富了农业经济发展质量理论。

The influence of relationship quality on operational performance is studied from the perspective of relationship connection,and the path effect of collaborative management between relationship quality and supply chain operation performance and the regulating effect of information sharing on the relationship between the three are investigated.Based on 367 research samples of fruit growers in Shandong Province,the empirical test was carried out.The research found that:Supply chain partners influence the chain relationships through relationship quality,and positively promotes the steady increase of the overall performance of the supply chain;information sharing plays a significant positive role in regulating the relationship between collaborative management and operational performance,and also positively regulates the effect of relationship quality on operational performance;collaborative management partially has a mediating effect in relationship quality and supply chain operational performance.While optimizing the performance of the agricultural product supply chain,the research enriches the theory of agricultural economic development quality.
