摘要
本文阐述了水电机组轴承损耗的定义和计算方法,并根据轴承实际运行数据,总结了轴承损耗的变化规律,对损耗数据的统计特性进行了分析和验证。分析表明,轴承运行稳定后的损耗数据服从正态分布,符合中心极限定理的假设。进而根据正态分布理论,建立了基于实时损耗的水电机组轴承运行异常检测方法。该方法可实时检测轴承运行特性的变化和异常,在故障早期提前作出判别和预警,能更有效地预防轴承突发事故的发生。
This paper discusses the definition and calculation method of bearing loss of hydropower unit,summarizes the variation law of bearing loss according to the actual operation data of bearing,and analyzes and verifies the statistical characteristics of the loss data.The analysis shows that the loss data of the bearing after stable operation obeys the normal distribution and conforms to the assumption of the central limit theorem.Furthermore,according to the normal distribution theory,a method for detecting abnormality of hydropower unit bearing operation based on real-time loss is established.This method can detect the change and abnormality of bearing operation characteristics in real-time,and make early diagnosis and early warning in the early stage of fault,which can more effectively prevent the occurrence of sudden bearing accidents.
