彩色多普勒超声诊断良恶性甲状腺结节的参考价值

The value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules

目的:探究彩色多普勒超声诊断良恶性甲状腺结节的参考价值。方法:于2019年12月—2020年8月选取山东医学高等专科学校附院80例甲状腺结节患者,用彩色多普勒超声诊断,探究良恶性诊断价值。结果:超声诊断准确率、灵敏度、特异度分别为86.3%、84.1%、88.9%。良恶性结节PSV、RI指标与影像学特征差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:甲状腺结节采用彩色多普勒超声诊断,对良恶性结节可以鉴别诊断,诊断准确率高,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To explore the reference value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosing benign and malignant thyroid nodules.Methods From December 2019 to August 2020,80 cases of thyroid nodule patients from Affiliated Hospital Of Shandong Medical College were selected and diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound to explore the diagnostic value of benign and malignant diseases.Results The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of ultrasonic diagnosis were 86.3%,84.1%and 88.9%,respectively.The PSV and RI indexes and imaging characteristics of benign and malignant nodules were significantly different,P<0.05.Conclusion The thyroid nodule is diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasonography,which can be used for differential diagnosis of benign and malignant nodules with high diagnostic accuracy and high application value.
