磁共振扩散加权成像在老年前列腺癌诊断中的应用价值研究

Application value of MRI diffusion weighted imaging in diagnosis of elderly prostate cancer

目的:探究磁共振扩散加权成像在老年前列腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取淄博市淄川区医院2018年6月—2019年6月收治的老年前列腺癌患者作为主要研究对象,所选患者均给予磁共振扩散加权成像检查,将病理结果作为诊断金标准,分析磁共振扩散加权成像诊断的效果。结果:核磁功能成像诊断前列腺癌的准确率、特异性、敏感性、阳性预测值低于病理结果,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:磁共振扩散加权成像在前列腺癌诊断中的应用效果显著,值得在临床中推广使用。

Objective To explore the application value of MRI diffusion weighted imaging in the diagnosis of elderly prostate cancer.Methods The Zibo Zichuan District Hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the main research objects.The selected patients were given MRI diffusion weighted imaging examination,pathological results were used as the diagnostic gold standard,and the MRI diffusion weighting was analyzed The effect of imaging diagnosis.Results The accuracy,specificity,sensitivity,and positive predictive value of functional MRI in the diagnosis of prostate cancer were lower than the pathological results,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The application effect of MRI diffusion weighted imaging in the diagnosis of prostate cancer is significant,and it is worthy of clinical application.
