螺旋CT三维重建在髋关节置换术前的应用效果观察

Application effect of spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction in hip arthroplasty

目的:研究髋关节置换术前应用螺旋C T三维重建的效果。方法:于我院2019年8月—2020年8月患者接受髋关节置换术患者中随机抽取66例,均接受X线片和螺旋CT检查,作为对照组和观察组,回顾性分析两种检查方式检出率。结果:对照组软组织肿胀9例(100.0%),关节囊积液19例(95.0%),髋关节脱位35例(94.6%)。观察组软组织肿胀5例(55.6%),关节囊积液13例(65.0%),髋关节脱位26例(70.3%)。两组对比,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在髋关节术前给予螺旋CT三维重建检查可提高检查率,并清晰观察患者病变情况,辅助医生了解病情,为手术提供可靠依据,为手术成功奠定基础。

Objective To study the effect of preoperative spiral CT reconstruction in hip arthroplasty.Methods In our hospital patients received hip arthroplasty patients randomly selected 66 cases from August 2019 to August 2020,all received X-ray film and spiral CT examination,as the control group and observation group,retrospective analysis of the detection rate of the two methods.Results In the control group,there were 9 cases of soft tissue swelling(100.0%),19 cases of joint capsule effusion(95.0%),and 35 cases of hip joint dislocation(94.6%).In the observation group,there were 5 cases of soft tissue swelling(55.6%),13 cases of joint capsule effusion(65.0%),26 cases of hip joint dislocation(70.3%).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Preoperative spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction examination can improve the examination rate,clearly observe the patient's pathological changes,assist doctors to understand the condition,provide reliable basis for the operation,and lay the foundation for the success of the operation.
