摘要
中国高校粮食浪费现象十分严重,大学生节约粮食教育的长效机制亟待建立。借鉴利益相关者理论,通过识别和划分,将各类不同的利益相关者依次划分为核心型、紧密型、边缘型三个层次并进行角色定位和利益诉求分析,围绕核心利益相关者,探寻其面临的主要利益冲突。从领导层、组织层、实践层、维护监督层、参与层五个层面提出构建大学生节约粮食教育长效机制的策略建议,以期有效引导大学生群体树立爱粮节粮的价值观和良好习惯,促进整个社会形成节约粮食和反对浪费的良好氛围。
The phenomenon of food waste in universities in our country is very serious,a long-term mechanism of food saving education for university students needs to be established urgently.Drawing lessons from the stakeholder theory,through identification and classification,it is divided into three levels:core type,close type,and edge type.Role positioning and demands analysis are carried out.Exploring the main conflicts the core stakeholders have been facing.From the five levels of leadership,organization,practice,maintenance and supervision,and participation,the strategic suggestions for establishing a long-term mechanism of food saving education for university students are put forward in order to effectively guide university students to establish the values and good habits of loving food and saving food,and promote the whole society has formed a better atmosphere and opposing waste.
