摘要
对福建省储备粮管理有限公司漳州直属库横向通风仓进行升级改造,安装了国家粮食和物资储备局科学研究院研发的智能通风调控系统,并进行了通风保水试验。结果表明:横向通风较竖向通风均匀性好、水分损耗少、脂肪酸值升高幅度小。横向通风工艺可有效维持粮食品质,减少损耗,延缓品质劣变,减少经济损失,实现低耗、高效、经济储粮。
The transverse intelligent moisture holding and ventilation test was carried out in the Zhangzhou Depot of Fujian Grain Reserve Management Co.,Ltd.from 2018 to 2020.The result showed that compared with vertical ventilation,transverse ventilation has better uniformity,less water loss and less increase of fatty acid.The transverse ventilation technique can maintain the grain quality,reduce the loss,delay the quality deterioration,and reduce the economic loss,achieving green,economical and effective grain storage.
