江淮流域小麦质量调查分析与监管建议

Wheat Quality Survey and Supervision Suggestions in Jianghuai Valley

赤霉病是温暖潮湿地区广泛发生的一种农作物病害,已在五大洲30多个国家流行。近年来,随着全球气候变暖,有蔓延扩散趋势。江淮流域是中国小麦生产的重要区域,但极易遭遇阴雨天气,导致其小麦质量不稳定。文章调查了江淮流域小麦质量现状以及小麦加工企业的用粮情况,从小麦生产环节、收储环节、加工环节三方面分析了其存在的问题,并提出了相对应的监管建议,以期保障小麦生产活动顺利开展。

According to the current situation of domestic agricultural development,wheat,as the main crop type,plays an important role in the development of national economy.Jianghuai river basin is an important area of wheat production,but it is easy to encounter rainy weather,which leads to the instability of wheat quality.Especially in recent years,wheat has suffered many times of continuous rain from maturity to harvest,and the rainfall is large,lasting for a long time,resulting in some wheat germination,blackening,scab infection and other conditions,and the quality of wheat has decreased significantly.Wheat quality problem has become a prominent contradiction in summer grain purchase in Jianghuai region in recent years.The main content of this paper investigated the current situation of wheat quality in Jianghuai River Basin,and put forward the corresponding supervision suggestions.Only by doing a good job in soil improvement,combining with the regional situation to study high-quality varieties,and scientifically implementing grain protection measures,can wheat production activities be carried out smoothly.
